This could be the best year for the mac ever…
Apple is talking about showing X.3 at WWDC.
PPC970 is rumored to be going into production within weeks (in dual and single configs…I hope the single configs are imacs).
There is talk of a 30 inch (or at least larger than the current 23″) LCD.
A new online music service is rumored and I have confirmation that a cocoa version of itunes is being finalized.
We have the 12″ and 17″ PBG4 now (portable DVDRW, largest notebook screen ever).
Plus you have the ever persisting whispers of an apple TIVO like device…
All I can say about all this is it’s gonna be fun to watch things unfold over the summer and fall…good thing I’m set on supercharging the saturn…or I’d be blowin cash left and right on new mac stuff :D

I played my share of Rolemaster in my twenties… Had some great times.

no cocoa iTunes = bad
BUT – No cocoa iTunes is great news for a whole big other reason…. and stuff.. that I won’t discuss here…
Of course that all depends on the value of believing Mr The White.
